The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kevo Systems Inc. and its founder. The codebase, APIs, and neural recommendation engines are protected by copyright laws.

In no event shall Kevo Systems, nor its directors, employees, or developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our APIs and servers.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
